Go to Google Maps

Open Google Maps. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Google Account.
On your computer, open Google Maps.
Click Directions .
At the top, choose a starting point and a destination.
Optional: To add waypoints, click Add . You can also drag the route to change it. To delete a waypoint, right-click it and select Delete from the menu.
Optional: To preview how your route will look on the map before getting directions, check the box next to “Preview route.”
Click on Get Directions.

4. Click or tap Get Directions, then choose Driving or public transit if available. If you’re on a web browser, you’ll see driving options as well as options for walking, biking, and taking public transit (if available). If you’re using the Google Maps app on your phone or tablet, you’ll only see driving and public transit options (if available).

Type “Kansas” in the search bar. You will then see “Kansas, United States” appear below. Click on this option. The next page that pops up will give you various options of places in Kansas, such as “Wichita, Kansas” and “Kansas City, Kansas.” For this example, we will use “Wichita, Kansas.” Click on the blue button that says “Get Directions.” The next page will ask you to enter your “Starting Point.” Type in your location. For this example, we will use “Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.” After you hit enter, a map will pop up with directions from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Wichita, Kansas. It will also give you the option to view these directions in either map view or list view.

Click on the “Directions” icon in the upper-right corner of the MapQuest homepage, and type in your starting location and destination. A map will appear with your route, and the mileage will be listed at the bottom.

To the right of the map, you’ll seea list of cities in Oklahoma. Scroll down until you find Kansas City, which is about halfway down the list. Click on Kansas City and MapQuest will show you a map of Kansas with a red pin in the center.
