As a freshman in 2012, he had 36 receptions for 524 yards and six touchdowns. He also had three rushing touchdowns. As a sophomore in 2013, he had 34 receptions for 742 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also rushed for two touchdowns.

In his second and final season at Oklahoma State in 2014, Hill had 61 receptions for 593 yards and six touchdowns.
