To sign up, you will need to create an account and answer a few questions about your health and contact information. Once you have an account, you can schedule an appointment for your vaccination. Appointments are currently available at several locations around the state.
If you are not sure if you are eligible for the vaccine, you can check the KDHE website or contact your local health department.

Click on the “Pre-Register for the vaccine” link
Pre-registering for the vaccine does not guarantee you will receive the vaccine. It does put you on a list to be contacted when the vaccine is available in your area.
You can pre-register for the vaccine by clicking on the “Pre-Register for the vaccine” link on the KDHE website.
Enter your personal information into the form
Enter your name, date of birth, and contact information into the form on the Kansas vaccine sign-up website. You will also be asked to provide some basic information about your health and any medical conditions you have. This information is used to help the state determine which vaccine is right for you.
After you complete the form, you will be given a list of dates and times when you can get vaccinated. You will be able to choose one date and time that works best for you.
You will need to show proof of residency when you get vaccinated. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or green card.
