The Sedgwick County Zoo

Highlights include the Elephant exhibit, which features two African elephants, and the Pride of the Plains exhibit, which is home to lions, tigers, and other big cats. The Kansas Aviation Museum
The Kansas Aviation Museum is located in Wichita, Kansas, at the site of the former Wichita Municipal Airport. The museum is dedicated to preserving the history of aviation in Kansas, and houses a collection of over 30 vintage aircraft, as well as a library and research center. The museum is open to the public from 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday, and from 1pm to 5pm on Sundays. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $6 for students, and $5 for children ages 6-12.
The Wichita Symphony Orchestra
Founded in 1934, the Wichita Symphony Orchestra is one of the oldest and most respected orchestras in the country. The Wichita Symphony Orchestra performs over 50 concerts each season, including a full schedule of classical, pops, and family concerts. With a commitment to education and community engagement, the Wichita Symphony Orchestra offers a variety of programs designed to reach people of all ages. The Wichita Symphony Orchestra is headquartered in Downtown Wichita at Century II Concert Hall.
Botanica, The Wichita Gardens
Botanica, The Wichita Gardens is a public Topiary garden located in central Wichita, Kansas, United States. Founded in 1987, the 14-acre (5.7 ha) site features 27 distinct gardens, multiple fountains, and a conservatory.
The botanical gardens are open daily from dawn to dusk and admission is free. A nominal fee is charged for parking.
