They have a record of 77 tournament wins, which is 10th all-time.

The game will be coached by Bill Self for the Jayhawks while Jay Wright will be at the helm for the Wildcats. The Nova coach is coming off of two consecutive National Championships while Self’s Jayhawks haven’t been to the Final Four since 2012.
Kansas is led by Bill Self, who is in his 15th season as the Jayhawks’ head coach. Under Self, Kansas has won 14 regular-season conference championships and five conference tournament championships. The Jayhawks have also made the NCAA tournament in each of Self’s 15 seasons as head coach, a streak that is currently the second-longest active streak in the nation behind Gonzaga’s 17-year streak. In addition, Kansas has won at least one game in every NCAA tournament under Self, a streak that currently stands at 19 games.
The Villanova Wildcats football team represents Villanova University in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision. The Wildcats compete in the Colonial Athletic Association for football only. They are currently led by head coach Mark Ferrante and play their home games at Villanova Stadium.
The Wildcats finished the 2019 season 10–4 overall and 7–1 in conference play to win a share of the CAA championship. They received an at-large bid to the FCS Playoffs, where they defeated Sacred Heart in the first round before losing to James Madison in the second round.
