Eligibility

2. Complete the voter registration form. Be sure to include your Kansas driver’s license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you do not have either of these, you can provide the last four digits of your phone number or date of birth.
3. Mail the completed voter registration form to your county election officer or deliver it in person to their office. You can find contact information for your county election officer on the Kansas Secretary of State website.
