Patrick Mahomes
Patrick Mahomes is an American professional football player for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Texas Tech University, where he was a two-time first-team All-Big 12 selection. He was drafted by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He became the Chiefs’ starting quarterback in 2018 and led the team to a 12–4 record and a divisional playoff appearance. In 2019, he was unanimously voted as the NFL MVP after leading the Chiefs to a league-best 12–4 record and their first AFC Championship Game appearance since 1993.
