Each team plays every other team in their conference twice, once at home and once away. They also play 2 teams from the other conference, 1 at home and 1 away. For example, the Kansas City Chiefs are in the AFC, so they will play all of the other AFC teams twice. They will also play 2 NFC teams, 1 at home and 1 away. The 2 NFC teams that the Chiefs play this year are the Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco 49ers.
The Playoffs
The NFL regular season is over, and the playoffs are upon us.
The first round of the playoffs is set to begin on Saturday, January 4th.
The Kansas City Chiefs are the number one seed in the AFC and will have a first-round bye.
They will play the lowest remaining seed in the divisional round of the playoffs.
