Brett Veach was named the ninth general manager in Kansas City Chiefs history on July 10, 2017.

Veach served as the co-director of player personnel under Dorsey from 2013-16 before being promoted to co-director of scouting in 2017. He increased his responsibilities in player evaluation and assisted in both college and pro scouting departments.

In addition, the department provides support to the youth of our community through various programs and events.

The Kansas City Chiefs Community Relations staff is responsible for carrying out the mission of the Chiefs through community initiatives, fundraising efforts and player appearances. The department works with local and national organizations to make a difference in the Kansas City area. The Community Relations staff also manages the team’s player appearance program, which sends players into the community to visit with fans and help raise funds for charitable causes.
