Hank Stram- one of the most innovative coaches in NFL history

Hank Stram was the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs from 1960-1974. He is considered one of the most innovative coaches in NFL history. During his tenure, the Chiefs won three AFL Championships and appeared in Super Bowl I and IV.

Marty Schottenheimer- led the Chiefs to 3 playoff appearances

Marty Schottenheimer led the Chiefs to 3 playoff appearances in his 5 seasons as head coach, but was unable to win a postseason game. He was fired after the 1998 season.

Gunther Cunningham took over as head coach and led the Chiefs to a 7-9 record in 1999. He was fired after the 2000 season.

Dick Vermeil coached the Chiefs for 3 seasons, from 2001 to 2003. He led the team to 2 playoff appearances, including a trip to the AFC Championship game in 2003, but was unable to win a playoff game. He retired after the 2003 season.

Dick Vermeil was the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs from 2001 to 2005. During his time with the team, he led them to their first playoff win in 20 years.

Herman Edwards- led the Chiefs to 2 playoff appearances

Herman Edwards was the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs from 2006 to 2008. He led the team to two playoff appearances, but was fired after the 2008 season.

Dick Vermeil coached the Chiefs from 2001 to 2005. He retired after the 2005 season.

Marty Schottenheimer was the head coach of the Chiefs from 1989 to 1998. He led the team to six playoff appearances, but was fired after the 1998 season.

Todd Haley- led the Chiefs to their first division title in 7 years

Todd Haley was the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs from 2009 to 2011. During his time as coach, the Chiefs had a record of 19-27. In 2010, the Chiefs had their best season under Haley, finishing with a record of 10-6 and winning the AFC West division title for the first time in seven years. Haley was fired after the 2011 season.

Romeo Crennel- led the Chiefs to 2 playoff appearances

Romeo Crennel was the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs from 2012-2014. In his first season, the Chiefs went 13-3 and made it to the AFC Championship game. The following year, they went 11-5 and made it to the Wild Card round of the playoffs. Crennel was fired after the 2014 season.

Andy Reid- led the Chiefs to their first Super Bowl appearance in 50 years

In 2013, the Kansas City Chiefs hired Andy Reid as their head coach. Prior to coaching the Chiefs, Reid had coached the Philadelphia Eagles for 14 seasons. In his first season with the Chiefs, Reid led the team to a 12-4 record and their first playoff appearance in five years. The following year, Reid led the Chiefs to a 9-7 record and a Wild Card berth in the playoffs. In 2015, Reid led the Chiefs to a 11-5 record and their first division title in six years. In 2016, Reid led the Chiefs to a 12-4 record and their first AFC West title in seven years. In 2017, Reid led the Chiefs to a 10-6 record and their second consecutive AFC West title. In 2018, Reid led the Chiefs to a 12-4 record and their third consecutive AFC West title. In 2019, Reid led the Chiefs to a 13-3 record and their fourth consecutive AFC West title. In 2020, Reid led the Kansas City Chiefs to a 14-2 record and their first Super Bowl appearance in 50 years.
